Who do you actually work with?+
Established U.S. roofing contractors past roughly $1M a year, with a website already live and a crew already busy. Residential re-roofs, commercial and industrial systems, storm and claims work, inspections and repairs. The common thread is that replacement work is the profit center.
We are a new company. Can you help?+
Not yet. The build multiplies an existing operation: reviews, job history, service areas, crews. Without those there is nothing for the architecture to point at, and you would be paying rebuild prices for a brochure.
We only do repairs. Does this apply?+
Only if you want re-roofs. The mechanism works by owning the questions that end in a replacement or a claim. If repairs are the whole business by choice, this is the wrong spend.
We already rank well. Why change anything?+
Ranking and being cited are now different outcomes. Plenty of contractors hold position three and still watch the AI answer above the results name a competitor. That is the gap the audit measures.
Pricing and terms.
How much does it cost?+
$2,500 for Paid Discovery Roofing and $15,000 to $50,000+ for the rebuild. Both are published on the pricing page rather than held back until you enquire.
Am I locked into a contract?+
The audit is a one-time fixed-scope purchase. The rebuild is a project with a defined end, with monthly settlement available. There is no ongoing retainer to cancel.
Do I own everything?+
Yes, the blueprint, the build, and the content.
Do you resell leads?+
No. We do not operate a lead-generation network and we do not sell your market to anyone else.
Measurement and timeline.
How do you measure AI citation?+
A query set is fixed during the audit and checked on a monthly cadence for whether your pages are the cited source in AI Overviews and assistant answers. It is reported as coverage across that set, not as a single rank number.
How long until we rank?+
Weeks to months. It depends on how competitive your market is and what authority the domain already has. We will give a range at audit and we will not shorten it to close a deal.
What if citation coverage does not move?+
The post-launch crawl and the citation log show whether the build shipped to specification and where coverage stalled. That is a diagnosis conversation, not a renewal conversation.
Do you guarantee rankings?+
No. Anyone who guarantees a ranking is either misinformed or misrepresenting how the systems work.
Scope and working together.
Who actually does the work?+
The person who runs your audit is the person who builds the site. There is no account manager layer and no offshore production team.
Do you work with more than one roofer per market?+
No. One contractor per metro at a time. If your market is taken, we will say so before you pay for anything.
What do you need from us?+
The application form, filled out properly. Everything we need to start comes from there. No calls, no discovery meetings, no standing check-ins.
Can you work with our existing website?+
No. We rebuild it completely on EtchWP. Retrofitting the structure onto a page builder we did not choose costs more than starting clean, and it leaves you with a site nobody can maintain.
