Ranges are fine. I use these to price the opportunity, not to judge it.

Annual revenue range? Sets what a realistic 12-month target looks like.
Where do most jobs come from right now? Every channel that brings real work through the door. Select all that apply.
Average job value? Decides which keywords are worth chasing first.
How many leads does the website produce monthly? Calls and forms combined. Best guess is fine.
Do you track calls and form submissions today? If nothing is instrumented, that is finding number one.
03 THE OFFER

The part no copywriter can invent.

The best copy is a documentary, not a creative exercise. These five answers become the actual words on your pages, so write like you are talking, not marketing.

Who were they, what was the house, what were they afraid of when they called? Real details, not a persona.
How they would say it at the kitchen table, not how the industry says it.
The real objection you hear on the phone, before price ever comes up.
A certification, a named process, a warranty, a track record, a specific number. If the honest answer is that the positioning needs sharpening, say so.
Both lists matter. The banned list protects the brand as much as the keyword list builds it.
05 THE DECISION

The market, the constraint, and the timeline.

The last five answers shape what I recommend and how hard I push it.

Names or URLs. Not "other roofers", the specific ones a homeowner calls alongside you.
One or two sentences. If there is a seasonal hole, say which months.
If lead volume doubled next quarter, could you service it? An honest no changes what I recommend.
When do you want the work to start? Discovery takes five business days from kickoff.
